Why The Prep Matters
The difference between a floor that lasts 2 years and one that lasts 20 is in the prep. Here's what we do that most contractors skip.
Diamond Grinding
We mechanically profile every square inch of concrete to create a proper bond. No acid etching shortcuts.
Crack & Joint Repair
Every crack is routed, filled, and leveled. Every joint is addressed. We don't hide problems — we fix them.
Moisture Testing
We test for moisture vapor transmission. If the slab is wet, we mitigate it before coating. Skipping this step is the #1 reason epoxy floors fail.
Primer & Base Coat
Industrial-grade penetrating primer bonds to the concrete at a molecular level. Then a full-coverage base coat creates the foundation.
Metallic Pour / Flake Broadcast
This is where the art happens. Hand-manipulated metallic pigments or full-broadcast flake, applied with precision and intention.
UV-Stable Topcoat
Multiple coats of UV-stable polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat. Chemical-resistant, scratch-resistant, and built to last decades.
